How does your billing system work?

Upon acceptance of your case, we require a retainer up front to cover the costs litigation and court fees. Each month your retainer account will be updated to reflect all work performed by the staff.  We do not charge for phone and e-mail exchange between ourselves and our clients as long as the contact is not excessive.
